With direct routing and minimal handling, Express reduces delays and guarantees a faster turnaround than our Standard Service. This tier is ideal for legal documents, spare parts, and other items where timely delivery is essential to business operations.

  • Royal Express Courier Service - Our flagship Royal Express Service provides our highest level of speed, scrutiny, and personal handling. Deliveries are completed within one hour (excluding transit time for out of metro) of pick up, offering an elite premium service for urgent or high-value consignments. Royal Express involves a dedicated direct-drive vehicle with no additional stops, enhanced security measures including sealed loads and photographic proof of condition at pick-up and delivery, and real-time GPS tracking. This service is tailored for clients who simply cannot risk delay - such as medical, pharmaceutical, or “white glove” deliveries - and need absolute certainty that their shipment will be prioritised above all else.

    Central to this service is our REX Confidence Guarantee - a premium assurance program that underscores our commitment to reliability and accountability which provides clients with genuine, tangible protection. If we ever fail to meet the agreed delivery window, we refund or discount the Royal Express Service fee and apply a REX point to your account, giving you a highly discounted rate on your next booked job. We also provide written confirmation of the delay and immediately escalate the delivery to ensure it is treated with our highest priority. This guarantee ensured that every Royal Express booking comes with complete transparency, accountability, and the confidence that your most urgent and high-value consignments will be prioritised above all else.
